Passaic County CEAS and CoC Endorse Homeless Trust Fund

On January 11, 2007, the Passaic County CEAS and CoC voted unanimous to endorse the proposed Homeless Trust Fund. Passaic County’s  CEAS and CoC is the first in the state to endorse this effort. This is seen as a crucial part of the ten year plan to end homelessness that is being developed by the Passaic County Interagency Council on Homelessness (PCICH). According to Cliff Schneider the chair of the CEAS and CoC the next step is for the Homeless Trust Fund to be reviewed and approved by the Passaic County HSAC.
