This video, from the National Alliance to End Homelessness, highlights how communities across the country are decreasing homelessness among families utilizing prevention, rapid rehousing and targeted services. Richard W. Brown, Executive Director, begins his eightenth year with Monarch Housing Associates in 2008. He has thirty-five years experience in both housing development and the management of permanent, affordable and supportive housing. Before working for Monarch, Mr. Brown helped to develop and implement affordable housing and home ownership programs in New Jersey and New York. He is a member of the Federal Home Loan Bank of NY's AHP Advisory Committee.
