This property is part of a two-site project that was funded by the HUD Section 811 program. The other property is located in Stillwater, New Jersey. The Lafayette property consists of new construction of a ranch style single family home for five individuals with developmental disabilities. When complete, the home will be handicapped accessible and will blend into the existing neighborhood of similar style homes. The home will contain five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a large kitchen, living room and dining room.
The project was made possible with funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, New Jersey Department of Human Services/Division of Developmental Disabilities and the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York.
Monarch Housing served as the consultant and our Project Managment Team will be involved with the project during construction.
