Supportive HousingMonarch Housing Associates has developed an innovative program to develop for persons with a through the Special Needs Housing Partnership Loan Program.

As a housing consultant with more than twenty years experience, our goal is to work with non-profit partners to help them develop supportive housing.

The Loan Program is a special initiative between New Jersey Departments of Community Affairs () and Human Services (DHS) along with the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency to develop three to four bedroom housing throughout the State, specifically in response to the closing of The Vineland Development Center. The State is providing capital financing, along with funding for operating and .

The Program has specific guidelines related to financing, renovation, siting, and timeframes. is in the process of setting up a team that can help develop housing in a cost effective and efficient manner, so we can make sure to address all of the funders concerns. To date we have spoken with two architects, a few contractors, an attorney, a Phase 1 company, and a home inspection company.

Monarch Housing applied for, and was selected as a qualified developer for this program. We are ready to assist you in creating supportive housing opportunities in all twenty-one counties in NJ. We are ready to start identifying properties as soon as possible, so we can be competitive in securing this financing.
