Focus on Advocacy Strategies to
End Child and Family Homelessness
On Thursday, June 7, 2012, the Campaign to End Child Homelessness and the Strengthening At-Risk and Homeless Young Mothers and Children Initiative will host a joint webinar, Advocacy 101: Advocating to End Child and Family Homelessness. The webinar will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Scheduled speakers include:
- Ellen Bassuk, founder and president of the National Center on Family Homelessness;
- Center staff members Natalie Coupe and Tuanna Williams.
They will review advocacy strategies to end child and family homelessness, and will discuss “Advocating to End Child and Family Homelessness: Five Easy Steps,” a brief recently released by the Center.
