Provides Update to Toolkit

Alliance Adds New Coordinated Assessment ResourcesThe National Alliance to End Homelessess has updated its Coordinated Assessment Toolkit with new documents and tools from Philadelphia, PA; Memphis/Shelby County, TN; and Dayton/Montgomery County, OH, among other communities. New materials to help communities plan their assessment process have been added. The toolkit is meant to be a resource to communities as they develop their own coordinated assessment processes, and will continue to be updated over time with more resources developed by the Alliance, its partners, and various communities.

Click here to send submissions or questions regarding the toolkit to Kim Walker at the Alliance.

This toolkit is broken into four sections:

  1. Planning and Assessment
  2. Data and Implementation
