On January 29, 2014, communities across the state will hold Project Homeless Connect (PHC) events.
Project Homeless Connect is a one-day, one-stop event to provide resources and information to people who are at-risk or experience homelessness in the community. Typically, events include information on housing, energy assistance, veteran’s services, children’s services, addiction and mental health treatment.
Typically, Project Homeless Connect events are held in conjunction with NJ Counts, thePoint-in-Time Count of the Homeless. Monarch Housing will continue to update this page with information about other local events.
