Local Media reports on Project Homeless Connect

Project Homeless Connect is almost here and local media have picked up on the importance of this event. The Cape May County Herald ran an article on the upcoming event. As more papers and news media begin to cover Project Homeless Connect, the issues of homelessness in the state of New Jersey gain a stronger voice.

Schedules Wildwood Stop

WILDWOOD — On Jan. 29 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. the county will be participating in the at the First Baptist Church, 230 E. Maple Ave., Freeholder Gerald Thornton and the Department of Human Services announced Jan. 22.

Also, the Cape May County Department of Health, VIM, and the Parrish Nurses Association will be on site to provide health information as well as blood pressure and cholesterol screenings. Other agencies that will be participating at the event include The Board of Social Services, CARA, Cape Counseling Services, Social Security, Cape Human Resources, Cape Assist, PRAC, EIRC, Exchange Club Family Center, DYFS, and United Way.
