Alternatives Homes 2004 is a permanent, affordable and supportive housing development sponsored by Alternatives, Inc. This recently completed project provides seven (7) permanent, affordable and supportive one bedroom housing units in two single family homes. One home contains four bedrooms and the other home contains three bedrooms.  Both homes serve persons with disabilities.

Allies work together to build supportive housing

Developing Mixed Use Properties

With generous support from JP Morgan Chase, the Corporation for Supportive Housing is offering the second of four training opportunities for those organizations interested in building their skills for effectively developing permanent supportive housing.

Learn about the elements needed to successfully develop a mixed-use property.  These projects can range from affordable permanent supportive housing with ground floor retail space to the incorporation of employment oriented “business†establishments.  Panel discussion will include:

DREAMS come true in Camden for aging out youth

Camden DREAMS is a permanent, affordable and supportive housing development sponsored by Center for Family Services. When completed at the end of September 2007, the site will provide thirteen (13) permanent, affordable and supportive efficiency units for very low income aging out youth who were homeless. Every unit will have its own kitchen and bathroom.
