Columbia Supportive Living is a permanent, affordable and supportive housing development sponsored by The Arc Warren County, Inc. This project is currently under construction and will provide six (6) permanent, affordable and supportive one bedroom housing units in a shared single family home for six individuals with developmental disabilities. Construction completion is scheduled for September 2007.

Caring Homes 2004 is a permanent, affordable and supportive housing development sponsored by Caring, Inc. and Caring House Projects, Inc. This recently competed project provides eight (8) permanent, affordable and supportive one bedroom housing units in two shared single family homes. Each home contains four bedrooms, and provides housing for persons with a developmental disability.

Camden DREAMS is a permanent, affordable and supportive housing development sponsored by Center for Family Services. When completed at the end of September 2007, the site will provide thirteen (13) permanent, affordable and supportive efficiency units for very low income aging out youth who were homeless. Every unit will have its own kitchen and bathroom.

The NJCDC Supportive Housing 2002 project is a permanent, affordable and supportive housing development sponsored by New Jersey Community Development Corporation. When completed at the end of September 2007, the site will provide twelve (12) permanent, affordable and supportive one bedroom housing units for very low income individuals with a mental illness. The site also includes a resident manager’s unit. Every unit will have it’s own living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom.
