Donald Norcross (D-NJ-1), Donald Payne, Jr. (D-NJ-10) and Congresswoman Bonnie Watson Coleman (D-NJ-12) co-sponsored Pathways Out of Poverty Act.
Congressman Donald Payne
Thank you to the New Jersey Members of Congress who signed “Dear Colleague” letters supporting robust funding for Homes for the Homeless.
This bill establishes a national goal to cut poverty in half in ten years while providing the resources and good paying jobs to achieve that goal.
Once again, New Jersey advocates made today a great lobby day! This year we visited both Senators and ten of our eleven Congressmen!
We appreciate the support of Rush Holt, William Pascrell, Frank Pallone, Donald Payne, Jr. and Albio Sires for their work to end homelessness in NJ!
