We received the following very important email from Alison Recca-Ryan, NJ Director of the Corporation for Supportive Housing. Because of the importance of this message and the need for all of us to review the draft documents for the 2007 Continuum of Care submission we are sharing, with permission, her email.
At this time we are still uncertain as to when the 2007 SuperNOFA will be released. From what our colleagues have heard through the buzzthe release of the NOFA is projected anywhere from in the very near future to eight weeks after last year’s release (which was 3/21/06).
I am attaching DRAFT copies of Exhibit 1 and Exhibit 2 which had been released in the Federal Register. Please remember that these are only DRAFT documents and they are subject to change. We have been advised to keep an eye out for changes to the Hold Harmless provision changes that would make the Hold Harmless option less risky for new project funding.
Lastly, I urge you to begin registering for electronic submission as the 2008 Continuum of Care application will be an electronic submission.
