The NJ Department of Community Affairs, Division of Housing, announces a statewide opening of the waiting list for the State Rental Assistance Program (SRAP) for the Disabled. To be determined eligible, the head of household or spouse must be a person with disabilities and be a resident of the State of NJ. Because of limited funding, only the 1st 5,000 applications will be accepted based on the following income limits:

Please complete the application form and mail it to:
Certified, registered or special delivery mail may delay receipt of your application. Duplicate applications, and applications submitted by facsimile will not be accepted. The 1st 5,000 eligible applications will be included on the waiting listed based on the date the program received the applications. Written notification of the applications eligibility may take several weeks.
