The Corporation for Supportive Housing (CSH) is pleased to present our next Hot Topics in Supportive Housing audio-conference, which will focus on strategies for facilitating the successful return to our communities of persons leaving the criminal justice system. This audio-conference will highlight the key roles of collaborations and linkages to appropriate housing opportunities for achieving such successful re-entry. Participants on this call will learn about the implementation of the Frequent Users of Jail and Shelter Initiative by the New York City Department of Corrections and its key partners. Participants will also learn about the innovative approaches to meeting the housing and service needs of persons re-entering society after being incarcerated that have been developed by Thresholds Psychiatric Rehabilitation Centers in Chicago, IL.
