Renovations Underway for Allies Homes 2005

Allies Homes 2005 is a permanent, affordable and supportive housing development sponsored by Allies, Inc. When complete, this project will provide eight (8) permanent, affordable and supportive one bedroom housing units in two shared single family homes.  Each home contains four bedrooms, and provides housing for persons with a developmental disability.

The first property will be made fully accessible.  Improvements will include an accessible entrance, alternations to provide an accessible kitchen and common areas, installation of one fully accessible bathroom.  Some of the renovations to the second property will include new countertop and flooring in the kitchen, new flooring in dining area, new vinyl siding and windows. Renovations to both properties are expected to be completed in the next few weeks.
