Ideas on how to make a ten year plan that ends homelessness

One of the most informative and beneficial workshops at the March 18th “2008 Continuum of Care Forum: Transformation in 2008 and Beyond – Ten Year Plan” was one in which leaders from Rhode Island and Connecticut discussed how they had developed and implemented their plans to end homelessness. The panel was moderated by Alison Recca-Ryan of CSH. The panelists were:

Tony Bonetti, Connecticut Coalition to End Homelessness

Noreen Shawcross, Rhode Island Office of Housing & Community Development

They offered numerous suggestions on how to develop a ten year plan, how to successfully implement and monitor a ten year plan and the success of their plans.
