Project Homeless Connect: What do the homeless need? Middlesex Slide show is online
A February 1, 2012 article, “Project Homeless Connect: What do the homeless need,” by Krista Dalton posted on theHub reports on Monmouth County’s January 25, 2012 annual Project Homeless Connect event and Point in Time Count survey. This year’s 5th annual Project Homeless Connect served 165 people at its host church providing hot meals, warm coats and access to county services and the survey found 527 people. Monmouth County saw a rise in homelessness this year even though New Jersey has seen an overall decline over the past four years. The article also profiles a 47 year old woman who attended the event.
