The National Alliance to End Homelessness’ (The Alliance) Center for Capacity Building has released a new toolkit on coordinated assessment. This toolkit can help communities ensure compliance with HUD’s latest guidance, offered through the interim Emergency Solutions Grant regulations, that all communities funded through the HUD Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) and Continuum of Care (CoC) grants will have to have a coordinated assessment system.
The toolkit includes a wide variety of resources from The Alliance and communities across the country:

This new tool is designed to help communities advance their coordinated access efforts, no matter where they are in the process of developing a coordinated access system. The Alliance plans to update this resource over time with new tools and community contributions. A companion Prevention and Shelter Diversion Toolkit will be released within the next few weeks.
