Nonprofit Recognizes 18-Year Partnership in Developing Community Based Housing
On October 18, 2012, Project Live, Inc., honored Monarch Housing’s Asish Patel at the 33rd Anniversary Dinner. Asish, a Senior Associate with Monarch, received his award recognizing the 18 years that he has worked with Project Live during which he has gone above and beyond to ensure that their supportive housing projects have gone smoothly from start to finish.
The partnership initially began with the purchase and renovation of two single family homes in Newark and continued as Project Live expanded to finance and renovate an apartment building, construct new offices for the organization, and the construction of additional buildings. Asish has worked on site selection, coordination with the development team, communication with the funders, and assisted with funding applications, municipal reviews, compliance and construction monitoring, and general project coordination.
Monarch Housing extends its congratulations to Asish on this much-deserved honor!
