Atlantic, Bergen, Cumberland, Hudson, Monmouth, Ocean and Passaic decreased.
Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Essex, Gloucester, Hunterdon, Morris, Salem, Somerset, Sussex, Union and Warren increased.
The largest percentage increase was in Warren County which increased 8.6%.
