The New Jersey Assembly and the Senate voted to send both the Sandy Bill of Rights (S1306) and a “Vacant Property” bill that authorizes municipalities to impose penalties on creditors that fail to remedy code violations of vacant foreclosed properties in a timely matter (A347) to Governor Christie.
Contact the Governor TODAY and request that he sign both pieces of legislation.
