Bergen, Passaic and Warren decreased.
Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Essex, Gloucester, Hudson, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Ocean, Salem, Somerset, Sussex, and Union increased.
The largest percentage increase was in Cape May County which increased 9.5% for a two bedroom apartment.
