The resource examines the effects of homelessness on young children, Federal initiatives that expanded access to early care and learning for young children experiencing homelessness, and efforts in Massachusetts and Oregon to implement innovative policies to improve early childhood outcomes for young children experiencing homelessness.

The Office of Early Childhood Development is part of the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services Administration for Children & Families.
