Sincox’s working relationship with Monarch Housing in providing quality supportive housing extends back almost twenty-five (25) years. The firm was the architect on one of the first supportive housing projects developed by Monarch.
David S. Messer, Esq. has been a practicing attorney for over 25 years providing full transactional services in business and real estate matters. Mr. Messer provides legal services for businesses including formation, purchases, sales, financing, joint ventures, buy-sell arrangements and employment matters. Mr. Messer also provides legal services for commercial and residential real estate matters including purchases, sales, financings, landlord/tenant issues, construction contracts and development projects.
