Fighting For More Housing For NJ’s Working Families

Fair Share Housing Provides Training
On Advocacy with Municipalities

An Affordable Housing Success StoryThe New Jersey Supreme Court recently ordered hundreds of New Jersey towns to prepare plans showing how they will meet their affordable housing obligations.

The remainder of 2015 provides time for New Jerseyans to demand that municipalities include everyone instead of shutting the door to so many of us.

The Fair Share Housing Center welcomes you to join them for a training focused on how to advocate with municipalities to ensure that they will comply with the law in ways that help working families, people with special needs, and seniors.

Fair Share Housing will:

  • Share what the Supreme Court’s March 10, 2015 decision requires towns to do and when, and
  • Strategize about how to come together to push municipalities to provide the hundreds of thousands of homes that should be built and rehabilitated over the next decade.

Trainings will take place at both locations across the state and online. Click here for more information and a flyer.

Space is limited. If you are interested in joining us, please sign up to attend by email or by contacting Fair Share at 856-665-5444 ext. 2.
