This year Monarch Housing Associates is proud to in its third year of partnership with the Mental Health Association in New Jersey (MHANJ) for the Fight Stigma, Walk and Run for Awareness on October 3, 2015.

The Alpert Group has been a partner with Monarch on various projects including Kilmer Homes, Eva’s Village as well as others. They are one of the premier developers of affordable and supportive housing in NJ. This partnership has been mutually beneficial to both parties.
Over the years, the law firm of Andora & Romano L.L.C. has helped to resolve those legal issues of primary concern to the elderly, disabled, consumers of mental health services, their families and the healthcare professionals responsible for their care. Since 1992, they have been one of the largest providers of legal services to non-profits developing supportive housing for both persons with disabilities and the elderly.
Coughlin Management has been a partner with Monarch on senior projects in Leonia and Roselle. Their management expertise has been crucial to ensuring that seniors including those with disabilities have quality affordable housing.
Suede Promotions partnered with Monarch on the development of Homes for Heroes an 18-unit housing project for homeless veterans in Union City. Their leadership and commitment was crucial to completing this project to help end homelessness for veterans.
Proudly employing integrity, expertise, and ingenuity MidAtlantic Engineering Partners, LLC. is a Civil Engineering and Surveying firm dedicated to providing our clients with a comprehensive suite of consulting needs throughout the region. Their principals and team of professionals bring to bear a combined experience covering an expansive breadth of consulting services over the past two decades.
Sincox Associates Architects/Planners is a 34-year-old full service architectural firm specializing in religious architecture, liturgical design, supportive housing, senior housing, veterans housing and affordable housing. Sincox’s working relationship with Monarch Housing in providing quality supportive housing extends back almost twenty-five (25) years. The firm was the architect on one of the first supportive housing projects developed by Monarch.

5K Run Start: 9:45 a.m.
Walk Start: 10:00 a.m.

- $30 5K registration fee
- No walker registration fee but earn incentives
- No charge for children 12 and under and dogs
