On August 13, 2015, Jon Bradley and Charlotte DeTroy of Preble Street in Portland, Maine, and Colleen Jackson of West End Residences in New York City, joined the U.S. Interagency Council on Homelessness (USICH) and the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to talk about what they have learned through their programs.
