The conference theme, “Opening Doors” reflects the supportive housing industry’s continued and persistent drive to provide homes for people of low income and with special needs.
This year has seen many new policies and rule making including the disbanding of the Council on Affordable Housing (COAH) and unleashing of municipal housing trust funds. conference will focus on how developers, service providers, advocates, families and consumers are adapting to these changes and thinking creatively to open new doors for those in need.
Providers of supportive services, housing developers, lenders, advocates, families and consumers, government representatives, corporate vendors including engineers, architects, attorneys and insurance brokerage firms are invited to attend.
Conference rates (through October 16) is $180 for nonmembers and $145 for SHA members.
