Advance Housing, a Community Housing Development Organization, is a provider of supportive housing and services throughout Northern New Jersey.
The agency’s philosophy of “making the program fit the consumer” in its delivery of supportive housing services has enabled consumers with various needs to live independently in the community. Services are provided via multi-disciplinary teams that utilize flexible, innovative approaches and work closely with other local providers in order to ensure collaborative service planning with consumers.
Alternatives, Inc., located in Raritan, New Jersey, provides comprehensive services to individuals/families with special needs to enable them to reach their highest level of independence and integration into the community.
Affordable housing is offered to Alternatives consumers through agency sponsored projects to offset the high cost of rentals and to help overcome the obstacles often associated with the limited incomes of people with special needs.
