Enterprise Community Launches Enterprise Leadership Institute

Enterprise Leadership Institute Will Equip Senior-Level Community Development Professionals to Lead Complex Community Organizations

Enterprise Community is launching the Enterprise Leadership Institute.

The Enterprise Leadership Institute is made possible thanks to the generous support of JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The Enterprise Leadership Institute is a new program that will equip senior-level community development professionals with the skills necessary to lead a complex community organization.

Enterprise Leadership Institute is a comprehensive 18-month program that will build the capacity of community development professionals.

They will build on their capacity to lead a housing-focused non-profit organization and will connect participants with resources to become competitive candidates for future leadership positions.

Enterprise Community recognizes that nonprofit organizations benefit from having leadership with experience in the communities they serve.

Candidates whose demographics or background experience align with those of the communities they seek to serve may be uniquely positioned to lead organizations to deliver and advocate for resources that truly meet the needs of their constituency.

Candidates with diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Enterprise’s mission is to create opportunity for low- and moderate-income people through affordable housing in diverse, thriving communities. Uniquely motivated to build strong communities so families can succeed, we’re in this work for the long haul.

Applications will be accepted through Friday, February 9, 2018.

To learn more, please join Enterprise Community for a Q&A session on Monday, January 8, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. To RSVP for the Q&A or for questions, please email Jenny Yang.
