The Public Policy Forum begins at 8:30 a.m. with registration, coffee and a light breakfast. Richard Rothstein will be available at that time to sign his book. The program will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m.
Opportunity truly starts at home. The segregation crisis in New Jersey negatively impacts residents living in neighborhoods across the state. The Public Policy Forum will raise questions about the disparate impact of racial segregation on homelessness and raise concerns about public policy needed to address it.
