For less than $3 or a cup of coffee, we have the opportunity to save lives and invest in long-term cost savings for our community.
Sometime soon we’d like to see South Jersey counties other than Camden — and now Cumberland — establish fee-based homelessness trusts.
The Homeless Trust Fund could support a county-wide Housing First model and other initiatives that holistically address homelessness in our area.
Britnee N. Timberlake, President of the Essex County Board of Chosen Freeholders announced on May 27, 2015, they approved a Homeless Trust Fund.
