Robert Hayes joined Monarch in February of 2020. Robert is passionate in social justice and feels an obligation to serve and advocate for minority populations as well as those who have had their voices suppressed due to social class. Robert has experienced poverty firsthand as a child as well as the impacts of substance abuse in the family dynamic. These experiences has motivated him to take an active role pursuing solutions to provide equitable outcomes to those who experience disadvantages.
Robert received his BA from the Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy and Minor in Labor studies and will be pursuing is Master's in Public Policy at Rutgers University in the fall of 2021.
