Monarch works to increase the supply of affordable and supportive housing through supporting partners in housing finance development, team coordination and project feasibility reviews.
Monarch works to end homelessness by supporting communities in system evaluation, strategic planning and system financing. Monarch’s efforts to end homelessness focus on creating housing opportunities and access to support households in moving to stable permanent housing.
Monarch engages in advocacy to ensure adequate resources for affordable and permanent housing development and homeless services. We work to engage in conversations of policy change to support strong programs and systems that work to secure housing for all.
