Strategic Planning & Implementation Intern
Monarch is seeking a highly motivated intern to support the implementation of its strategic plan to end family and youth homelessness across New Jersey. This paid internship is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in housing policy, systems change, and nonprofit strategy while contributing to impactful, mission-driven work.
The intern will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to help translate strategy into action, supporting coordination, research, and execution across multiple initiatives.

Senior Fiscal Associate for Foundations and Housing Development
Monarch is seeking a Senior Fiscal Associate who will be responsible for managing and tracking contracts and grants, ensuring timely applications, and reviewing and approving invoices and payment drawdown requests for Monarch’s Foundations and Housing Development contracts. The Senior Fiscal Associate will serve as the liaison between Monarch and various agencies. This position requires the ability to multi-task, with excellent time management, writing and proof-reading skills, and very strong communication and interpersonal skills.
