Annual Homeless Assessment Reports (AHARs) are reports that include analysis of data on homelessness across the country which HUD delivers to Congress.
New Jersey’s 16 CoC’s received a total of $45,902,844 in funding to end homelessness. The funding will fund almost 250 local programs in New Jersey.
