Brief info
In February of 2024, Bill Kelly became a member of the Housing Development Team at Monarch Housing Associates. Bill will assist with the management of numerous affordable and supportive housing projects through all phases of development.
Previously Bill had a seventeen-year corporate banking career with Wells Fargo, and then proactively transitioned to Non-Profit work spending over a year working with the United Way of Monmouth and Ocean Counties. Bill is passionate about efforts to improve the affordable housing and homelessness crises in our communities.
