Senior Associate, Housing Development Team
Brief info
Dan joined Monarch Housing Associates as a member of the Housing Development Team in March 2026 where he will help to manage affordable and supportive housing projects through all phases of development.
Dan’s 12 year career as an affordable housing professional has included management roles in both the non-profit and government sectors. His expertise includes managing homeownership programs, business process improvement and consulting on large scale affordable mix-used development using federal and state grant funds.
Dan holds a B.A. in English Lit from the College of New Jersey and a Master’s in Public Policy from the Edward J. Bloustein School at Rutgers University. He was the Housing and Community Development Network of New Jersey’s 2016 Community Scholar.
