Jane C. Kaye, MBA has 25+ years of financial management experience in the healthcare sector.
Jane is an Associate Teaching Professor in the Health Administration program at Rutgers University. She joined the Rutgers faculty in 2016 and became a full-time professor in 2021. Jane was the recipient of the Jerome Rose Excellence in Teaching Award in 2023.
Jane is the founder of Healthcare Finance Advisors, a consulting practice that focuses on strategic financial planning, revenue cycle improvement, and financial management for healthcare entities and social service providers.
Earlier in her career, Jane was the Chief Financial Officer at RWJ Hamilton and Bayshore Community Health Services. In this senior leadership role, Jane had direct responsibility for all aspects of financial reporting, financial operations, and internal controls.
