Jennifer joined Monarch Housing Associates as a member of the Housing Planning Team in August 2023 where she consults with the Ocean County Continuum of Care in their strategic homeless planning efforts. Her work entails strategic planning, funding implementation, research, and data analysis. Jennifer’s prior work experiences inspired her to explore opportunities to get involved in advocating for more programs for the unhoused.
Jennifer holds a B.A. in Human Services from Boston University and a Master of Social Work from Rutgers University
