Brief info
Kathyrn Balitsos joined Monarch Housing Associates in April 2024 where she consults with the Passaic and Morris Counties Continuum of Care in their strategic homeless planning efforts.
Prior to joining Monarch, Kathyrn worked as a planner assisting in preparation of affordable housing documents for municipalities throughout the state and at a NJ State legislative office deeply involved with assisting constituents, many experiencing homelessness, connecting constituents with various community organizations, county, state and federal programs and services.
Kathyrn holds a B.A. in Political Science from Pace University with a minor in Peace and Justice Studies and a Masters of City and Regional Planning with a concentration in Housing and Land Use from Rutgers University’s Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy.
