Qariah Lucas is a Coordinated Entry Developer and Continuum Care Support with over 5 years of experience in the social and homeless services field. Qariah started her journey as the first Youth Coordinated Entry Specialist within her continuum and moved on to becoming the Developer of the Coordinated Entry system in her county. Her passion and dedication to not only understand the system, but continuously improve the system is the motivation behind her contribution to homeless services. Ms. Lucas holds a master’s degree in public administration from Seton Hall University and two bachelor’s degrees in social work and criminal justice from Seton Hall University.
