Raquel Kooper is an Associate with Monarch’s Homeless Planning Team, mother of 3 beautiful children and a NJ native who has experienced homelessness. Raquel commits a lot of time to bettering her community on a CoC level as a member of her local, Morris County, NJ CoC Allocations Committee, Strategic Planning Committee & Advisory Board Committee. She is a firm believer in the power to fight for change and not stop until she succeeds. She is centered and intent on building compassion, disrupting status-quo systems, and helping to guide the transformation of the homeless system. Leveraging her own experiences, she advocates to amplify the voices and empower others to realize the life they envision for themselves.
