Brief info
Tahteeyana joined Monarch Housing Associates in August 2023. Through her administrative role, she coordinates, monitors, and implements Monarch’s applications and contracts.
Prior to joining Monarch, she participated in the ‘Hope Village’ initiative, a housing first based, transitional community located in Newark, New Jersey, under the Office of Homeless Services.
Tahteeyana is dedicated to promoting affordable housing, supporting low-income communities, advocating for transitional housing and unhoused persons, and fostering overall community well-being.
She currently holds a B.S. in Urban Planning and Design from Rutger’s University.
