Tiffany Johnson joined Monarch Housing Associates in January 2024 as an Data Analyst on the Homeless Planning Team. She graduated from Kean University with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and a minor in Computer Science. At Monarch, Tiffany assists in the development and integration of a business intelligence cycle into the homeless planning process. Through the data analysis process, she aids in performance monitoring, evaluation and technical support of homeless housing and service providers. As a previous educator, she is a dedicated supporter of creating and expanding opportunities for individuals to thrive, succeed, and access basic human necessities.
