Monarch has partnered with the Rutgers Center for State Health Policy on a project linking Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) data with Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) data. This study has focused on the health care usage of persons experiencing homelessness as compared to those not experiencing homelessness. The analysis also take a preliminary look at the impact of permanent supportive housing on health care system usage amongst people who have experienced homelessness.
